The Department of Finance hosted an economics and tax policy conference in Dublin on June 19 2013 entitled “Enabling a Growth Friendly Tax System” attended by around 150 academics, stakeholders, media and policy makers. The Minister for Finance gave the opening address. Mr Pascal St Amans, Director of the OECD Centre for Tax Policy and Administration gave the key note address at the conference.
